5 Kratom Recipes to Help Upgrade Your Kratom Routine

Kratom can be used in a variety of ways! You can incorporate it into your favorite meals through the sauces used or mix it up in a delicious beverage.

Here are some of our favorite Kratom drinks to help you upgrade your routine:

Chocolate is the perfect flavor to mask your kratom powder, and milk will help neutralize the bitter taste.

Chocolate Milkshake Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy works)
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder (can use organic powders or chocolate milk mix)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • Your dose of Kratom
  • 1 cup ice
  • OPTIONAL: Scoop of your favorite ice cream and/or fruit and berries of your choice


Blend ingredients together and enjoy!


We recommend using a calming Kratom strain when mixing with iced coffee or using your favorite energizing Kratom with decaf coffee.

Iced Coffee Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coffee (caffeinated or decaf)
  • You can also add our E1 espresso shots!
  • 2 tablespoons creamer of choice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla simple syrup
  • Your daily Kratom dose
  • OPTIONAL: whipped cream or coffee topping when you feel like indulging


Mix ingredients together and enjoy!


Dry Kratom leaves and/or powder can be brewed into delicious tea. An ancient and popular way to enjoy Kratom.

Tea Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • Your regular dose of Kratom
  • OPTIONAL: make a citrus tea with sliced fruits like lemon or oranges, and add honey for some extra flavor


Boil water and stir kratom. Reduce the heat to low and let the Kratom simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. You can also turn it into an iced beverage by allowing the tea to cool and then pouring it over ice to serve.


Fruit punch is a refreshing way to enjoy your Kratom. The citrus will help mask the flavor and the sweet ingredients are an added bonus!

Fruit Punch Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 cups Ginger ale chilled
  • Sliced fruit for serving
  • Your daily dose of Kratom


Stir together and add sliced fruit/ginger ale right before serving


Smoothies are packed with fresh fruits and vegetables to help boost the benefits of Kratom while disguising the flavor.

Banana Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon syrup (ex: maple)
  • Your daily dose of Kratom


Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and serve.
